Terms & Conditions
Photography License
A Photography License will be provided upon payment. The sample terms are as follow:
- Licensor: Lynn Ashley Photo LLC
- Licensee: You
- Licensed Photographs: Portrait(s) of Licensee
- Usage: For personal and professional usage in print and digital formats
- Term: Perpetuity
- As of the Effective Date, the Licensor grants the Licensee a non-exclusive right to publish and display the Licensed Photographs as per the Usage described herein. In consideration of the rights granted, Licensee shall pay Licensor $xxx.xx for use of up to (x) previously selected photographs. Any usage other than as set forth above will require negotiation (e.g. advertising).
- The Licensee may crop the Licensed Photographs as necessary for publication in the Book. Licensee shall not modify or alter the Licensed Photographs in any other manner without prior written approval of Licensor.
- Licensee is responsible for all waivers and/or releases, if applicable. Licensee agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Licensor from any claim that may result from Licensor’s use of the Licensed Photographs.
- This License shall be governed by the laws of the State of Pennsylvania.
Complimentary Alcohol - Wine, Beer, and/or Spirits
- Must be over 21 years of age to enjoy responsibly in adherence to the respective state law of consumption.
- Complimentary alcohol is not contingent on purchasing services from Lynn Ashley Photo LLC but instead is available for all non-paying prospective customers and paying customers.
- By accepting Complimentary Alcohol from Lynn Ashley Photo LLC you hereby indemnify and release Lynn Ashley Photo LLC from any claim that may result from your consumption.
